• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR 1 year of experience in software development.
• Knowledge of .NET / C# development (academic, personal projects, or work experience).
• Exposure to JavaScript, CSS, and HTML (preferred but not essential).
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain the MS Dynamics CRM platform.
