Wholesale Payment Documentation Associate
- 9 month contract
- Day rate: $300-350 + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the documentary account maintenance needs for Financial Institutions and Corporate clients, serving as the primary contact for clients and offshore branches regarding documentary issues.
- Oversee client documentation requests, encompassing account maintenance, setup of Electronic Payment Signatory Forms, and managing additions and removals of signatories.
- Possess a solid understanding of company documentation, including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts.
- Interpret and act on global documentation requirements effectively.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, understanding client needs and responding promptly.
- Foster robust relationships with clients, grasping their documentary requirements and providing support for their initiatives.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills with both internal and external clients to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to implement strategies that align with business goals.
- Maintain disciplined case management practices, ensuring all client requests are logged, tracked, and reported promptly.
- Comply with all internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both internal processes and client interactions.
- Engage in learning about products and other efficiency initiatives, confidently discussing these initiatives with clients.
- Work in partnership with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to advance the overall franchise agenda.
Required Experience
- In-depth understanding of corporate banking.
- Experience managing documentation (e.g., Board Resolutions) within a banking environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Familiarity with banking documentation and products, including domestic and international payments.
- Proven track record in cultivating and managing client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and presentation.
- Excellent analytical and process-oriented capabilities, with a keen eye for detail in complex, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships across diverse teams.
