Senior Performance Analyst
Overseeing performance, attribution, and risk reporting services delivered by the offshore hub in Chennai. Direct interaction with Australian clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery:

    • Support: Provide support for performance, risk, and attribution reporting.
    • Oversight: Oversee core performance production activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Client Interaction: Act as a primary contact for urgent or unresolved client queries.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of reports delivered to clients.
    • Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to maintain high service standards and address any concerns.

Projects & Change:

    • Client Change Control: Assist with managing client change control processes and setting up new activities.
    • Service Review: Participate in service review meetings and system demonstrations to clients.
    • Process Optimization: Work on optimizing end-to-end production processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Essential Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience in performance analysis and understanding of performance methodologies.
    • Knowledge of market data indices and risk statistics.
  • System Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Desirable knowledge of VBA, SQL, Datastream, Bloomberg, and Statpro.
  • Project Management:
    • Experience in onboarding new activities, writing business requirements, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Qualifications:
    • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
    • Industry-specific qualifications such as CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are favourable.
