Location: North Ryde, Sydney
Contract: 6-Month Contract (3 Days in Office, 2 Days from Home)
Rate: $65 - $75 per hour + Super

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to contribute to strategic decision-making and deliver valuable insights to the business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in financial systems, particularly Power BI and TM1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Support the business with actionable insights to drive strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and financial models using Power BI and TM1.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform variance analysis and recommend solutions to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and provide insights for ongoing process improvement initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Finance Analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and TM1.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience working in large, global organisations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification is a plus.
