Senior Consultant - Process Improvement

Job description

Working with a growing, botique consulting group here in Melbourne you will use your Lean Six Sigma skill set to drive process improvement initiatives for clients in the non-profit world. This company has found their speciality, serving clients that make a positive impact to the community and want to speak with candidates where there is a values alignment.

I am looking for someone to come into the business as a senior consultant to lead client engagements and eventually move into a people management role. This person will have deep understanding of Lean, process/continuous improvement, process goverance & risk and will have experience delivering improvements across various industries.

Skills & experience:

  • Experience in leading client facing process improvement inititives.
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Built and implemented target operating models in a non-profit environment.
  • Facilitate workshops and drive productive conversations about the continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma - ideally a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Exposure to setting up process governance models.

This will initially be on a 6m Fixed Term Contract, with the likelyhood of extgending past 12 months or moving to a permanent role.
