Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Location: Sydney, on-site

Job Type: Full-time Contract

Start: ASAP

About the company: They are successful and innovative company, seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Analyst to support a crucial project. The client are looking to move workstations to a new Active Directory Domain. This would require an experienced IT Support Analyst who is familiar with User Profiles to ensure they are successfully migrated over to the new domain.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience within L1 Support
  • Experience with supporting end-users in-person and over the phone.
  • Experience with supporting hardware and software, O365, Active directory, Windows Servers
  • Have previous experience in moving domains or profiles in Active Directory
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
