Job Title: Service Delivery Engineer
Location: Sydney
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us: Join a successful and innovative company that's on the cutting edge of technology! We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Engineer to join our client's growing team. In this newly created role, you'll be a key player in the Service Delivery team, contributing to incident management, change management, and process improvement while ensuring SLAs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with their agreements.
- Monitor and optimise performance to meet high service levels, including SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
- Collaborate with tech support teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide high-level technical support for key client accounts and act as the main contact for major incidents.
- Conduct proactive maintenance and reporting of client systems.
- Perform L2 Engineering tasks, including security patching and backend work.
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Implement proposed changes in collaboration with the service delivery team.
What We're Looking For:
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
- Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
- 3+ years in a service focused role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a consulting company or vendor
