IT Applications Support Officer

Job description

Our client is seeking an immediately available IT Applications Support Officer for a permanent role based in Melbourne CBD.
This role will be handling Level 1 and 2 support for 75 users. We are looking to speak to candidates who have experience with Intune and Entra ID (or Azure Active Directory), and are available immediately or on a small notice period.

The Role:
  • Providing Level 1-2 support for all internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting where required
  • Configuration and instillation of IT workstations and other office equipment
  • Manage on-premise infrastructure
  • Trouble shoot issues in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and other systems
  • Work with other cross functional teams
The successful candidate will have:
  • 3+ years experience across Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support
  • Have experience with Entra ID and Intune (or active directory)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stockholders
  • Be available immediately or on a short notice period
The finer details:
  • Salary of $80,000 to $85,000 + super + salary packaging
  • CBD Location, close to public transport
  • Hybrid working model - 1-2 days per week from the office
  • Immediate start or short notice period preferable.
