Leading ASX-listed business is recruiting for a Group Finance Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing ASX-listed company, is looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Group Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.
This business has experienced tremendous growth through a series of strategic acquisitions and is set to continue its expansion with two major acquisitions planned for this year. As the company evolves, they are seeking a finance professional who can provide strong leadership and financial expertise to support their continued success.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all compliance and reporting for the company
- Prepare and present the monthly group consolidation for board reporting, including CFO and Chairman reports
- Manage two direct reports
- Assist with M&A reporting
- Draft the Group Annual Report for ASX publication
- Oversee Group Half-year and Annual Audits in both Australia and Singapore
- Manage the group's reporting and ASX compliance in Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand
- Conduct Group and individual Business Performance Analysis
- Manage group intercompany transactions and loans
- Oversee budgeting and cash flow reporting for the group for board reporting and market guidance
- Project manage and prepare business combinations for newly acquired entities, including consulting with third parties for Completion Accounts and Purchase Price Agreements
- Lead project management and streamlining of group work cover policies
- Assist with and manage all other group insurance policies, including PI, PL, Cyber, Office Pack, and Travel Insurance
- Group Tax reporting
- Provide finance and business management support
- Drive process and system improvement initiatives
Skills:
- CPA/CAANZ essential
- Strong preference will be given to candidates who are trained in a Big 4/Second tier environment with commercial experience
- Experience in the end-to-end accounting management of mergers and acquisitions
- Strong technical accounting experience with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in working on with large ERP systems like Oracle, Netsuite, SAP or Dynamics 365
