Finance Manager - Shared Services

On a day to day basis, you will be:

Completing Financial Reporting

• Preparing monthly management reports.
• Conducting financial modelling, cost allocation, and budget performance analysis.
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and fixed assets accounting.
• Generating management reports to improve financial performance.

Providing Meaningful Business Insights

• Analysing financial data to highlight trends.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Creating a Great Employee Experience

• Driving a high-performing, engaged culture.
• Succession planning and team development.
• Recruiting aligned with company culture.

You will have 2 direct reports, will need to be a process-driven individual who is hands-on with their team. If you are passionate about financial reporting, business insights, and creating a great employee experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
