Join a prominent independent statutory body as a Corporate Accountant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support finance team with timely reporting, complete end-of-month journals, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Track payments and expenditures, reconcile processed work, and verify accounting entries for accuracy.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management. Ensure integrity of financial data, raise invoices, manage accounts inbox and invoices database, process approved invoices, and handle staff/vendor queries.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, propose fund transfers, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Top of FormAssist the Financial Controller with internal audits and preparing BAS and FBT returns

Skills:

  • CA or CPA qualified essential
  • Solid understanding of accounting with excellent bookkeeping and data entry skills, developed through a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a corporate environment.
  • Bottom of Form
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
