As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and defining business problems, gathering both technical and non-technical information, and outlining detailed requirements for effective solutions. You will ensure data integrity, processing data for incentives, and delivering valuable business insights through comprehensive data analysis. This role is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Accountant looking to advance into a commercial position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage data integrity.
  • Collate and process data for accurate and timely payment of agent incentives.
  • Evaluate, uncover, and report issues and project benefits to key stakeholders.
  • Document current and new system processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers and service providers to solve problems.
  • Provide meaningful insights through data analysis.
  • Complete regular analysis and reviews of back-office data to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
