A newly created opportunity exists with one of my favourite clients.

Bapcor Automotive is a leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment, and services in Australia. They are centralising their rebates across the group by establishing a central rebates team and implementing a new end-to-end rebate system solution. They are seeking a talented Group Rebates Analyst to support this transformation.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee monthly rebate processes, ensuring quality and time-line adherence, and apply strict controls on supplier rebates and LTI accruals. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to manage growth rebates strategically, resolve supplier-related issues, and prepare timely reconciliations. Additionally, you will produce internal and financial reports for stakeholders, support the implementation and management of the new rebate system, and drive continuous improvement efforts while participating in cross-functional projects.

Ideally looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a large multinational organisation. Experience managing customer or supplier relationships is beneficial, and procurement and rebate management experience would be adventageous.

You should have the ability to drive cross-group collaboration and business partnering, along with project management experience. Proficiency with ERP systems and strong commercial acumen are essential. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured challenges, possess a high energy, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset, and have strong presentation, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent prioritisation and communication skills are also necessary.
