​My background:

Like most recruitment stories, I fell into recruitment and I love dealing with people. I was curious about the ins-and-outs of people’s lives, but I have always genuinely wanted to have a reliable and positive impact on people’s lives. That has been going strong for almost 10 years now in recruitment across South Africa and Australia.

It was always a fine balance between analytical and emotional, and in the end the emotional side won out. I have loved being involved with helping people change their own lives and reach new opportunities with top quality employers!

I was attracted to Ambition as this business shares this focus of being a game and career changer and is not just people focused, but also a brand recognised for quality focus. Everyone you interact with matters!

My current role at Ambition pulls on two of my passions which are dealing with people and being in the Commerce and Industry space, which enables me to deal with an array of people from different walks of life while dealing with industry influencers and business powerhouses.

I believe that success is measured in being truly happy in what you do, the positive impact you have on others and being financially successful as I love travelling and seeing different landscapes, islands and countries!

I look for the beauty and magic in everyone and to be authentic in every interaction. I believe this has helped me develop meaningful and valuable relationships throughout my career and has added to the success I have reached throughout.
